1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and okbje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing okbje, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the okbje platform. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically for changes.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by okbje, including but not limited to: cricket betting, football betting, live casino games, slot games, Texas Hold'em poker, and all promotional or bonus programmes. Specific game rules and bonus conditions may be supplemented by additional terms published at the point of use; in the event of a conflict, those specific terms take precedence over these general Terms for the relevant product or promotion only.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and use the okbje platform you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. okbje is strictly an 18+ platform. Providing false date-of-birth information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
• You must be accessing okbje as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be subject to any court order, self-exclusion agreement, or regulatory requirement that prohibits you from gambling online.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or agent of okbje or any affiliate of okbje, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold one account only on the okbje platform. Registering multiple accounts, whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or via a third party, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances forfeited. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately to have the duplicate closed.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. You further agree to keep this information up to date. okbje is not responsible for any failure to deliver account communications (including withdrawal confirmations and security alerts) caused by inaccurate contact information provided by you.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okbje login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify okbje support immediately via live chat or at [email protected]. We may temporarily suspend your account while an investigation is carried out. okbje will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

okbje operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following documents at any time:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name)
• Source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is complete. We aim to review submitted documents within 48 hours. Submitting fraudulent or altered documents is a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure and referral to the relevant authorities.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your okbje account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course. okbje reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that a breach of these Terms has occurred, subject to the payment of any legitimate outstanding balance after the deduction of any bonuses that have not been validly earned.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

okbje accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and selected bank transfer options. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies and will not be responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their bank or payment provider.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status and will be displayed at the time of transaction. okbje reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your okbje account within three minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours. okbje is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems or network outages.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours of submission, provided that your account is fully KYC-verified and no suspicious activity flags are active on your account. Mobile money withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) are generally processed within one to three business hours of approval. Bank transfers may take up to three business days. okbje reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of a security or fraud review.

4.5 Prohibited Payment Practices

The following payment practices are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension:

• Using payment accounts registered in a name other than your own okbje account name
• Depositing funds and withdrawing without generating meaningful gaming activity (bonus abuse or money laundering)
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials
• Requesting chargebacks or payment disputes with your payment provider while simultaneously holding a balance on okbje

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

okbje offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the point of the offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, and expiry dates. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these terms before accepting any bonus.

Bonuses are credited to your account in a separate bonus balance and must be converted to real money by meeting the applicable wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be requested on the bonus-derived funds. The wagering requirement is the total amount you must wager before the bonus (and any winnings generated from it) becomes withdrawable as real funds.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each player is entitled to claim each specific bonus offer once only, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise. okbje reserves the right to verify that a player qualifies for a bonus before crediting it or at any point thereafter. Bonuses claimed in breach of eligibility conditions will be voided and removed from the account, along with any winnings generated from those funds.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

okbje reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void related winnings if it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player is engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit, using betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk, or colluding with other players to exploit a promotion.

5.4 Seasonal and Bangladesh-Specific Promotions

okbje periodically runs promotions aligned with the Bangladesh sporting and cultural calendar, including Eid bonus offers, Pohela Boishakh free-spin campaigns, BPL season reload bonuses, and T20 World Cup enhanced odds events. The specific terms of each campaign will be published on the promotions page when active. The platform's general bonus terms apply to all campaigns unless the campaign terms explicitly state otherwise.

5.5 Modification and Cancellation of Promotions

okbje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already met the qualifying conditions, any bonus already credited will remain valid subject to its original terms. Where a promotion has not yet been triggered, cancellation takes immediate effect.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbje platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and potentially legal action:

• Fraud and Cheating: Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players, or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or other multiplayer games, including sharing hand information, chip dumping, or soft-playing.
• Match Fixing: Placing bets on sporting events that you know or reasonably suspect to be fixed, manipulated, or subject to irregular activity.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one player account, whether under your own identity or under a third party's identity.
• Money Laundering: Using the okbje platform to launder, conceal, or transfer illegally obtained funds. okbje cooperates fully with anti-money-laundering investigations.
• Impersonation: Registering under a false identity, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment credentials without their explicit consent.
• Interference: Attempting to interfere with the technical operation of the platform, including denial-of-service attacks, SQL injection, reverse engineering, or any other form of technical exploitation.
• Harassment: Directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language at okbje staff or other players via any communication channel on the platform.

7 Responsible Gaming

okbje is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment for adults. It is not a strategy for generating income, and players should never wager more than they can comfortably afford to lose.

okbje provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from your account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the amount you may deposit into your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before activation.

8 Limitation of Liability

In no event shall okbje be liable for any of the following, even if advised of the possibility of such losses:

• Loss of goodwill or damage to reputation
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform
• Technical failures, internet outages, or third-party payment processing delays outside okbje's reasonable control

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbje makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players are responsible for ensuring that their devices are adequately protected.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes okbje's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the okbje platform — including but not limited to the okbje brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of okbje or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any platform content
• Distribute, publicly display, or transmit platform content without prior written authorisation
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used to operate the platform
• Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark, or other proprietary notice from any part of the platform
• Use the okbje brand name or logo in any manner that implies endorsement of a third-party product, service, or content

Any unauthorised use of okbje's intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your platform access and may give rise to civil and criminal liability. Game content displayed on the okbje platform (including game graphics, sounds, and mechanics) is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) and is governed by those providers' respective licences.

10 Amendments to These Terms

okbje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, we will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where an immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or to address a security or fraud risk, in which case the change may take effect immediately.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at okbje.net/terms-conditions. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version came into force. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any amendment, you must cease using the platform before the revised Terms take effect and contact support to arrange the closure of your account and the withdrawal of any remaining balance. You will not be charged any fee for closing your account in response to a Terms amendment.

10.1 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. okbje is committed to resolving player disputes fairly and promptly. In the first instance, please submit any complaint via the in-app live chat or at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to issue a final response within 14 calendar days.

10.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

10.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any product-specific terms, bonus terms, and our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and okbje with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
